Day 5: Departure for Manteo

Ahoy there from the middle of the Pamlico sound! We started our day with a visit to the N.C. Estuarium in Washington. We learned all about the diverse species that inhabit and create the marine ecosystem of eastern North Carolina. After another hour of strolling around Washington, we set sail on the Jeanie B with sights set on a Friday afternoon arrival in Manteo.
